BAYJOB collects only the information needed to create an account, post contracts, submit applications, secure the platform and process payments.

Data may include name, email, user profile, contract information, uploaded proof, login history and payment-related information.

We do not sell personal data. It may be shared with technical or payment providers when required to operate the service.

Users may request access, correction or deletion of their data by writing to bayjob@bayjob.ca.

Compliance with economic sanctions

BAYJOB complies with the laws and economic sanctions applicable to it, including Canada's Special Economic Measures Act (SEMA) and, where applicable, sanctions programs administered by OFAC. Certain countries and territories are not available on the platform in order to comply with these obligations and with the requirements of our payment providers.
