BAYJOB is a matchmaking platform that brings together clients, service providers and recruitment agencies around contracts and projects.

Our goal is to make work more reliable and transparent: every contract relies on proof of completion and a clear validation. A contract's payment is confirmed to the provider once the client accepts the work.

BAYJOB provides communication, tracking and transparency tools. It is not a financial services provider: payments exist only because they are tied to a contract carried out on the platform.

Recruitment agencies are our partners. BAYJOB is preparing a space where they will be able to post work opportunities, submit applications, propose a team, act as a work provider or a service provider, and receive their payments under the agreed conditions. The agency remains responsible for selecting, coordinating and paying its staff.
